XsunX Adds Communications Director to Staff 

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 11 -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: XSNX - News), a solar technology company engaged in the build- out of its multi-megawatt thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar module manufacturing facilities, today announced Victoria Kaloper has joined their management team as Communications Director.

As Communications Director, Ms. Kaloper will play a key role in helping to establish a comprehensive marketing plan for 2008 and in the development and implementation of new corporate, marketing, and investor communications programs to help expand the Company's visibility and presence.

Ms. Kaloper will also be coordinating the Company's participation in several leading industry trade shows in 2008, including the San Diego Solar Energy Conference in San Diego, CA in May, and the 23rd Annual European Solar Energy Conference in Valencia, Spain in September.

Ms. Kaloper is a seasoned marketing and public relations professional with experience in both corporate and non-profit organizations. As a senior marketing executive, she has been responsible for both high-level strategies and tactical implementations resulting in increased sales, improved brand identities and enhanced corporate awareness. She has developed and directed national media campaigns, launched new brands, and managed successful branding and image repositioning programs.
