XsunX Business and Technology Update

Increasing Customer Inquiries

Date: 12/11/2012

Good Morning,

Last week XsunX provided shareholders with good news that the Company's CIGSolar® evaporation system testing was producing excellent results. All of the data so far indicates that we are on the right path and the results were what we expected and were looking to confirm. Our potential customers have noticed the good news and our progress too.

What is encouraging is that during the last several weeks we have seen an increase in inquiries from Europe and other regions. It appears as if there is returning confidence in the solar markets and companies are once again looking to invest in cost reduction technologies.  Needless to say, this is a huge boost to our business development opportunities and indicates that conditions may be developing that bode well for CIGSolar® as we work to bring it to market.

Moreover, in an update to last week's newsletter aired on MoneyTV last Friday, CEO Tom Djokovich provided additional insights to CIGSolar® progress, our increase in customer inquiries, and responded to MoneyTV host Don Baillargeon's question, "Will XsunX be hosting customer demonstrations in the 1st quarter 2013." You can view Friday's interview by clicking here.

Thanks for your time, have a great week, and we look forward to sharing our exciting progress in the near future.
