Since our last update we have been busy installing the heating components and preparing the CIGSolar™ tool for a final series of procedures that will allow the tool to undergo testing of all systems while the tool is under vacuum and fully heated.

The picture above shows the CIGSolar™ tool assembled and prepped for testing. The white flex tubing shown are water cooling lines used to cool the system. These are temporary lines and will be replaced with permanent cooling lines when the system is installed at XsunX. During the final testing process all of the controls and gauges will be tested as well. The picture to the right gives you an idea of the degree of sensors and gauges we have connected to the system to monitor each process and function.
Our work will now focus on repeated cycling of the material handling, heating, and system controls both individually, and in unison, to ensure proper operation.
The CIGSolar™ tool has come together well and we are looking forward to completing the testing process soon and preparing the tool for shipment to XsunX.
