(OTC BB: XSNX), -- developer of Power Glass™ -- an innovative thin film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, announced today that the Company would be exhibiting and providing a presentation at the Small Cap Stock Expo to be held on February 16, 2006 at the American Stock Exchange in New York City.

Speaking at the conference will be XsunX’s President and CEO, Tom M. Djokovich. At 2:30 pm on the 16th, Mr. Djokovich will provide a presentation on the Company’s development of large area flexible solar cells, growth trends for building integrated photovoltaics, and the Company’s plan of operations for 2006.
