CIGSolar Technology Update

Date: 04/27/2012

Good afternoon,

Earlier this week in our newsletter we outlined that our utility patent application for our new CIGSolarTM evaporation technology was completed and that we planned to file with the US Patent Office.

We wanted to provide a quick end of week update to investors and let you know that we did file our utility patent application this week and received confirmation of the filing from the USPTO. As we noted in the prior newsletter, this is the next step in the development of intellectual property surrounding our new technology and we are excited to be moving forward.

Thanks again for your time, support, and interest. Have a great weekend.
