On September 13, 2007, a former technology consultant exercised the remaining 900,000 warrants available under a warrant issued to the consultant by XsunX, Inc. The warrant grant was made in September 2004, for 1,000,000 shares with an exercise price of $0.15 per share. In connection with the exercise of the remainder of the warant, XsunX issued 900,000 shares of its restricted common stock and received cash of $135,000 which it intends to use to support operations.
