Solar Power Development & Installation Services
Become a solar powered company and take control of your power needs while simultaneously reducing or eliminating unknown risks related to future energy costs by investing in your energy future now.
Investing in solar power as part of strategic long term planning, or to gain an immediate competitive edge, has become a reliable power generation model of the future for companies all over the world and is the foundational building block of the smart power grid and smart companies of the future.
Working with you, XsunX’s industry specialists will assess your power generation opportunities and needs, set financial goals, and then design and professionally install long-term renewable electric power producing assets using the following guidelines:
The sun’s energy shines on every type of building and every square inch of land. How to capture and maximize this abundance of energy can differ from building to building, business type, and location.
XsunX experts can take all of the variables into account and provide you with an assessment that reviews every aspect of your business including location, structural or physical aspects of the site, energy production potential, public utility policies, and most importantly – financial modeling, to help guide you.
Planning for a solar energy system requires careful consideration of financial options. Our focus is to work with you to review the options and financial benefits of your system. We then deliver to you financial forecasts incorporating all aspects of your project from power savings through asset depreciation including Federal, state, and local incentive benefits so that you have the data you need to make the most competent financing decisions.
The easiest path to financing a solar energy system is to purchase the system directly. If you have available capital, tax liabilities you would like to offset, and your bottom line can benefit from accelerated depreciation of your solar system investments, you may find that paying cash for your solar system is the best option. Ownership at the start-up of your system can provide the greatest total cost savings and benefits over the life of the system.
Rather than paying cash, clients can also elect to finance the system investment through loans, monthly lease payments, and depending on the project, through power purchase agreements. These options can reduce the upfront capital requirement while also helping cash flows.
XsunX will work to match you with lenders that can offer creative financing options including:
- Solar System Leases – Zero Down 100% financing, reduces the upfront cost and depending on the lease type can allow the lessee to utilize the available tax credits as well as the bonus depreciation of the solar system and any additional incentives available.
- Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) –
This type of solar financing allows you to buy the solar energy instead of the solar system. You pay for the energy similar to how you currently work with your local utility except that you have set predictable rates for the life of the agreement. You host the solar equipment at your facility or site, but the Power Purchase Provider who owns the system receives the tax benefits and is responsible for all the operations and maintenance of the system. Typically, most PPA agreements provide an option allowing you to buy the solar system after a certain period. Local public utility rules may make this option invalid and XsunX can advise you of any limitations during the initial project assessment.
To maximize your solar opportunity we analyze and qualify every aspect of your facility or location. Then we use extensive design and build experience to develop cost effective and creative solutions that maximize the solar footprint and maintain the integrity and esthetics of your facility.
Using the financial and project plans developed as a guideline, we work with licensed and experienced design engineering firms to ensure that the final plans used for permitting and installation continue to represent all aspects of your project goals.
XsunX then provides you with:
- Structural and electrical drawings.
Documentation that include your PV component specifications, structural calculations, and as necessary, a geotechnical and environmental impact report.
We then submit plans and manage the process for securing all of the necessary permits.
By the time a solar module installation is complete and ready to start delivering decades of clean power, numerous different types of specialty services or trades may have been required to complete your installation. That is why we only use qualified licensed professionals that are supervised by staff with nearly 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of construction and project assembly to ensure accuracy and quality of your system, the continued integrity of your building or site, and compliance with all construction building codes.
After installation, we provide complete warranty service and work as necessary with equipment or service providers to ensure that any issue that may arise is corrected as quickly as possible.
